Before you participate in an event, check your geographic eligibility and try to complete all required onboarding steps first!

To use a promo code:
- Complete onboarding first.
- Which also means you must pass the KYC verification.
After you’ve successfully completed KYC, you’ll see the following screen:
- Enter your promo code and click the Redeem Invite button.
Congratulations! Now you have free access to Silvana Book.

We have a list of restricted countries. If your location belongs to it, you get geoblocked. Later, we may open access to more areas.
Failed KYC
If the KYC verification has not been completed, we are unfortunately unable to provide further assistance on this matter.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds for purchased codes under these circumstances.
