What are rewards given for?

We reward early users for helping us test Silvana Book. Rewards are distributed according to your activity, including:
  • the number of successfully settled transactions;
  • profits earned;
  • trading volume;
  • achievements.
Failed transactions do not qualify for rewards.

Will there be any compensation for high fees?

We try to cover the fee you spent while helping us evolve Silvana Book. If a DvP transaction failed to settle, the system will issue a refund on the distribution day. If you lose funds due to a platform error, report it to us, and we’ll see what we can do. If the DvP was settled and only the fee payment failed, we won’t issue a refund. Please repeat the fee payment.

Is there an incentive for beta testers?

Absolutely! We welcome and reward early users who help us test the orderbook and improve the product. Beta testers may receive:
  • exclusive access to Silvana Book’s functions;
  • activity rewards;
  • fee coverage;
  • bonuses for achievements;
  • more perks and bonuses (to be announced later).

Do I get rewards only for successfully settled transactions?

Exactly. Each successfully settled transaction contributes to your activity and may improve your eligibility for rewards. Rewards may depend on the number of transactions, transaction volume, profits earned, and overall trading performance. Earlier and more active users may also qualify for more rewards.

Can one account run multiple wallets?

Yes, an account can have multiple wallets; however, one wallet can be connected to only one account.

What happens to my points if I switch to another wallet?

If an account has multiple wallets, this is how points are awarded:
  • Swap points: Every successfully executed swap from any connected wallet earns points for the account.
  • Tasks: Progress from all connected wallets counts toward task completion. For example, if you make 5 transactions with wallet A and 5 with wallet B, you complete the Daily Trader task with 10 trades in one day.
  • Achievements: Achievements are awarded based on activity in all connected wallets. For example, the first transaction made from any connected wallet completes the relevant first-action achievement.
Earn Hub displays statistics and the current progress for an account across all its connected wallets.
