You can onboard on the platform using a community access code. Such codes are limited and distributed within communities.If you don’t want to buy a ticket or use a code, you’ll need to wait for the end of the Early Bird period.
KYC Troubleshooting
We partner with Persona and SumSub for KYC verification.KYC flow, terms and conditions, duration, and quality are beyond our control. Therefore, we claim no responsibility for its outcome!
Why does it take so long?
Indeed, KYC verification may take time. Please be patient and wait until it completes. On our end, we do our best to make sure the process runs smoothly, but there’s little we can do about it, since we’re entirely dependent on the services we entrust. However, to speed things up, make sure you:- follow the KYC guidelines provided;
- provide accurate, truthful, and relevant data;
- are not in a geo-blocked country;
- submit good quality photos.
I completed KYC, but the website is still asking me to verify. Why?
Perhaps you missed something in the KYC provider’s instructions, provided inconsistent or invalid data, or your country is on the geoblock list. Please, check your KYC status to get a better picture of what’s going on.My KYC was rejected. What am I supposed to do?
KYC rejection may result from the following:- document, ID, or data mismatch;
- invalid or false data;
- geo restrictions.
If I cannot recover my account, can I create a new account using the same KYC ID?
No. The provider will see your registered name with this ID and won’t register it again. Try this instead:- Go to https://join.silvana.one/
- Click the Trouble Signing In button.
- Reset your passkey.
What does the “Geo-Blocked Account” screen mean?
It indicates that your location falls within a restricted jurisdiction and that access is currently unavailable. Silvana applies geo-restrictions to comply with regulatory requirements. Some countries are blocked because they are on the sanction list, some ban crypto, and some apply regulations towards crypto. We’re sorry if your country may be on that list. Later, we may support other regions as well. Read more here.How does whitelisting work?
Being whitelisted means you’ve successfully registered in the system. You get whitelisted when you have:- created and verified an account;
- passed KYC.
Remember that before you get whitelisted, you’ll have to wait, as KYC verification takes time.
I have a passkey problem. What shall I do?
A unique passkey is generated for each device you use. To avoid most of the passkey issues, make sure you follow these guidelines:- Use Chrome or Brave for passkey login. Avoid Microsoft Edge if you experience repeated failures.
- Make sure pop-ups are enabled in the browser, especially during wallet approval or authentication steps.
- Try to avoid deleting your passkey. Make sure you keep it in a safe place. If you lose access, use the “Trouble signing in?” option on the login screen, then reset your passkey via email.
- If the login appears stuck, check whether a wallet or authentication window opened in another browser tab.
- With the mobile version, avoid switching browsers mid-process, as this can interrupt the authentication flow.
What wallet should I use?
We support multiple wallets. Get the full list here. As you can see, this list is limited, since only a certain number of wallets support Canton DvP flow. DvP (Delivery versus Payment) is a standard that enables secured swap transactions by ensuring this:- Parties exchange assets simultaneously.
- No escrow is used, and parties retain full control of their asset until the transaction is finalized.
- If a party fails to fulfil its obligations under the agreement, the transaction is rolled back.
