Start Early
We’re excited to welcome early participants to access Silvana Orderbook and join the Early Bird program.
All users must complete a standard onboarding flow.
If you arrive at Silvana through the Join Early Bird entry point, you are entering the platform in early access mode and get rewarded for that. The requirements remain consistent with the standard platform experience.
Creating an Account
To join the Early Bird Program, you have to create a Silvana account. The registration flow supports both individual and business accounts.
On the Create Account screen, select the appropriate account type and complete the required fields.
Individual Account
To create an individual account, complete the following steps:
- Select Individual as the account type
- Enter your first and last name
- Provide your email address
- Choose the country of residence
- Create and confirm a password
- Submit the registration form
After submitting the registration form, you must verify your email address to activate your account. A verification email is sent to the address you provided during registration. Until your email is confirmed, access to Silvana Orderbook remains limited.

If you have trouble creating an account or accessing it, contact support. The Silvana team can assist with account-related questions or access problems.
KYC Verification
As part of the Early Bird program, users are required to complete identity verification during onboarding. Until verification is completed, access to certain platform features may be limited.
If verification fails or additional checks are required, the account may be temporarily restricted or blocked. In such cases, users will be informed of the verification status and, where applicable, provided with guidance on next steps or retry options.
Blocked Accounts
In some cases, accounts may be temporarily or permanently blocked. If this happens, you will see a Blocked screen indicating that access is restricted.
