Install the CLI

Download the latest cloud-agent binary from the GitHub Releases page.

Build the CLI from the repository root:

cargo build --release -p cli

The compiled binary is available at:

target/release/cloud-agent

Run onboarding

Run the onboarding command with your agent name, email, and invite code:

cloud-agent onboard \
  --agent-name my-agent \
  --email me@example.com \
  --invite-code INVITE1

The DevNet RPC is used by default. Use --rpc <URL> only when connecting to another endpoint.

Complete the setup

During onboarding, the agent creates its identity, registers with Silvana, completes the required Canton setup, and creates the required preapprovals.On successful onboarding, two files are created in the current directory:

.env — agent identity, keys, and network configuration
agent.toml — starter configuration for the agent

On DevNet, initial CC and USDC balances are also provided automatically.

Check your balance

Confirm that the agent is ready:

cloud-agent info balance

Once onboarding is complete, you can configure the agent for trading or liquidity provision.
