To get onboarded with Silvana Book, you have to become an Early Bird Program participant. To do it, follow this step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Create Account

To create an account, you have to: a) provide the required information; b) create a unique pass key; c) verify your email.
If the country of registration is on the geographically restricted list, you won’t be able to pass KYC. Please wait until we remove your country from the restricted countries list.

Step 2: Queue for KYC

Many users have applied for KYC. Wait until it’s your turn to pass verification.

Step 3: Pass KYC Verification

At this stage, you must complete the KYC verification. Prove your identity by providing the required documents and information.
If the submitted data is inconsistent or false, KYC may take longer, be suspended, or fail.
Wait until you get approved. When you successfully pass, you’ll see this screen:

Step 4: Queue for Ticket

We encourage early users to use Silvana Book functions. If you followed the previous guidelines, you can get whitelisted. Wait to buy a ticket to the Early Bird Program.
It can take up to 1 day. Please, be patient.

Step 5: Buy Ticket

When you see the screen below, click the button and proceed to buy a ticket. It will take some time. If you don’t want to wait, buy a promo (invite) code.
Promo codes are distributed within communities and are limited!
Whitelisted

Step 6: Get Whitelisted

To get whitelisted, you have to: a) connect your wallet; b) pay 15 Canton Coins (CC) for the ticket; c) enter a new passkey.
Make sure you keep your active passkey in a safe place, or you’ll have to pass onboarding again! Passkeys are unrecoverable!
Passkey Recommendations!
  • Use Chrome or Brave for passkey login. Avoid Microsoft Edge if you experience repeated failures.
  • Make sure browser pop-ups are enabled, especially during wallet approval or authentication steps.
  • Try to avoid deleting your passkey. Make sure you keep it in a safe place. If you lose access, use the “Trouble signing in?” option on the login screen and Reset Passkey via email.
  • If login appears stuck, check whether a wallet or authentication window opened in another browser tab.
  • On mobile, avoid switching browsers mid-process, as this can interrupt authentication flow;
Now wait in the line until you’re whitelisted for the beta launch or stay until the early bird program officially starts. Voila! Now you’re good to go. Use Silvana Book and enjoy yourself!

Restricted Countries

Silvana Book applies geo-blocking during onboarding to ensure access aligns with regulatory restrictions, using a restricted-country list maintained in the product configuration. This may affect your access to Silvana Book. If your location falls within a restricted jurisdiction, you will see a Geo-Blocked Account screen indicating that access is currently unavailable.
