- Register a new Silvana account or log in to an existing one to get access to your account.
- Start the identity verification process.
- Provide the required identity information and documents.
- Wait for the verification result. Verification may take some time. If a review is required, your status will remain pending.
- Receive verification status. Once completed, your account status will be updated automatically.
During verification, you may be asked to provide basic personal information and upload identity documents. The exact requirements depend on the verification flow and will be shown during the process.
Why Verification Is Required
A newly registered user is required to verify their identity before proceeding to full platform usage. If verification has not been completed, the user will be redirected to the verification flow upon login.
Verification is persistent. If verification is still in progress, the user will continue from the appropriate step when they return.
