# Promo Codes

Silvana is here to announce free access-giving events. Some participants may be granted promo (invite) codes.

A promo code:

* is given to winners of promo actions;
* is provided by our partners.

# How to Use a Promo Code

To use a promo code:

1. Complete [**onboarding**](/silvana-book/introduction/get-started/onboarding) first.
2. Which also means you must pass the [**KYC verification**](/silvana-book/introduction/get-started/kyc-verification).

After you’ve successfully completed KYC, you’ll see the following screen:

3. Enter your promo code and click the Redeem Invite button.

# Got a Promo Code, but Still Cannot Access the Platform

## Geoblocked

We have a list of [**restricted countries**](/silvana-book/introduction/get-started/geographic-availability). If your location belongs to it, you get geoblocked. Later, we may open access to more areas.

## Failed KYC

If the [**KYC verification**](/silvana-book/introduction/get-started/kyc-verification) has not been completed, we are unfortunately unable to provide further assistance on this matter. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for purchased codes under these circumstances.
