# Claim Points

Turn your Earn Hub points into USD Stablecoin and receive the converted amount in your connected wallet.

  The Initial Point Claim will take place in two waves. The first wave will cover Early Bird participants who registered before **June 26** and points earned before that date. The second wave will open claiming to additional users, with new claimable amounts added after each season.

  The minimum amount for a single claim is **1,000 points**. While your claimable balance stays below this threshold, the points remain in Earn Hub until you reach it.

Any points not converted during the current stage will remain in your Earn Hub balance and can be claimed later.

### Before You Claim

* Make sure a wallet is connected to enable the Claim Points button.
* The connected wallet must be linked to the same Silvana account.
* Converted USD Stablecoin will be sent to this wallet.

  The conversion rate is not fixed. The rate applied to each claim may differ, which can affect the final USD Stablecoin amount.

# Convert Your Points

<Steps>
  <Step title="Click Claim Points">
    Open the [Earn Hub dashboard](/silvana-book/introduction/earn-hub/earn-hub) and click the **Claim Points** button. 
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the Amount">
    Set the amount of points you want to convert.

  <Step title="Review the Conversion">
    Review the conversion details, then click **Convert Points** to continue.

  <Step title="Confirm Your Conversion">
    Make sure the amount and receiving wallet are correct, then click **Confirm Conversion**.

  <Step title="Follow the Conversion Status">
    Once confirmed, your conversion request is submitted for processing and will be completed within **3 days**.

    You can follow its progress in **Claim History** or through the **Notification Center**.

    <Accordion title="Claim Notifications">
      Claim updates are also sent to the **Notification Center**, so you can follow the conversion without returning to Claim History.

      | **Notification**                | **Meaning**                                                                                    |
      | ------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
      | **Points conversion submitted** | Your conversion request has been submitted and is currently **pending**.                       |
      | **Claim received**              | Your conversion has been **claimed**, and the USD Stablecoin has been credited to your wallet. |
      | **Points conversion declined**  | Your conversion was **rejected**, and the points were returned to your Earn Hub balance.       |

# Claim History

Every conversion request is recorded in Claim History, where you can check the converted amount, current status, receiving wallet, and claim date.

### Conversion Statuses

| **Status**   | **Description**                                                                                                                     |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pending**  | Your conversion request has been submitted and is still being processed. The request is expected to be completed within **3 days**. |
| **Claimed**  | The conversion is complete, and the USD Stablecoin has been credited to your wallet.                                                |
| **Rejected** | The conversion was not completed. The points used for the request are returned to your Earn Hub balance, so you can try again.      |
